We are happy to offer actual rates for USPS shipping. If you want our products shipped internationally and are not getting an appropriate shipping rate, please contact us through the contact us page and we will be happy to make arrangements to ship to you by other means.
We do our best to charge you for the actual shipping charges. We do this using a service provided by the United States Postal Service, so we are not responsible for the content it provides. We know that the shipping prices sometimes seem high these days.
If you need to return something within the first 15 days, just contact us (through the contact us page) and ask for a return authorization. We just ask that you let us know why you want to return the item and you must pay for the return shipping.
We are not upset at all by special orders. If you do not find what you want or there is not enough of an item, just go to the contact us page about whatever you want.
