Each product on this web site is the copyrighted work of the artist who made it. While they really want you to be satisfied, these products come with no warranty.
Your satisfaction is important to us, so please let us know when you are or are not satisfied.
Products advertised here are subject to availability so our offer to sell them to you is not binding. By clicking the order button you indicate your offer to buy the products contained in your shopping cart and your agreement be bound by these General Terms and Conditions in doing so. We will acknowledge receipt of your order.
If the product ordered is in stock and we are able to process your payment, we will prepare your order for shipment on the next business day. A binding legal contract between you and us is formed as soon as this process begins.
If a product within your order is not available, we will attempt to contact you by email. We may offer you a substitute product of equivalent quality and price (where this is possible).
Because most of the art on this site is custom, handmade work, the artist will often create the item after you order it. It is not unusual for you to have to wait 2-4 days for the creation of the work before it gets shipped.
Everything in these terms and conditions is subject to the laws of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
If you decide to return a product within 15 days, you must notify us (use the contact form) so we'll know the item is coming and you must pay for the return shipping. After 15 days, the item is yours (though the artist still retains the copyright on the item).
